I am passionate about people, structures and technology working together in a way that creates something new.
As a coach for cooperative project management and AI coordinator at convis GmbH, I support companies in exploring new approaches to project execution. I teach and guide others in combining traditional and modern project management methods with new forms of collaboration.
I experience AI today the way I experienced the internet in the 90s: as a real innovation that changes a lot. It creates new opportunities to be creative, to use knowledge and to shape collaboration. That is why I drive AI initiatives forward and implement them – without losing focus on the people.
Where I come from
In the early 90s, I co-founded COMCITY AG in Kiel with partners. The internet was in its very early days in Germany, and we simply tried things out: without a finished plan, step by step, with a lot of enthusiasm for new technology and what it made possible. What is called agile today was everyday life for us. From a team of three, we grew into an e-business company with over 70 employees. That can-do attitude still shapes me today.
After that, I was responsible for IT and corporate development in the banking sector – from supporting mergers and traditional IT projects to restructuring global branches and developing IT and digitalization strategies.
My coaching competence stems from my training as a transactional analysis consultant and extensive practical experience in various leadership positions.
I am clear and open, theoretically grounded and pragmatic in my approach. Being analytically structured while also empathetic and intuitive is not a contradiction for me.
