Where I come from
Consultant and coach with a strong IT background and practical experience.
In the early 90s, I co-founded COMCITY AG in Kiel with partners, and together we grew from a
three-person startup to a 70+ employee e-business company. This was followed by roles in the banking
sector, focusing on IT and corporate development – from supporting mergers and traditional IT projects
to restructuring global branches and developing IT and digitalisation strategies.
My coaching competence stems from my training as a transactional analysis consultant and extensive
practical experience in various leadership positions.
I act with clarity and openness – theoretically grounded and pragmatic in my approach. At the same time, being analytically structured and empathetic, while approaching situations intuitively, is not a contradiction for me.

I drive collaboration across projects, organizations, and teams
As a project manager for cooperative project management and IPA coach at convis GmbH, I support
convis and companies in exploring new approaches to project execution – collaboratively, efficiently, and
value-creating. As an AI coordinator, I ensure that AI is meaningfully integrated into projects and workflows,
without losing sight of the people involved.
I am passionate about seeing structures, mindsets, and people interact in a way that fosters genuine collaboration.
I teach and guide teams in combining traditional project management processes with new forms of collaboration, drive AI initiatives forward, and implement them together – from the first idea to everyday practice.
